Candidate Virtual Onsite Visit

Information

The N.A.P.S. Virtual Onsite Visit (V.O.V.) is an approximately 2-hour video conference with members of the N.A.P.S. Accreditation Team. The visit will include, but is not limited to:

  • The evaluation of submitted responses on the School’s Standards Questions and the Internal Evaluation Questions.
  • A virtual tour of the school in real-time,
  • A visit to classrooms in real-time,
  • Interviews, including a Staff member, Student, and Parent.

The V.O.V. has been adopted by N.A.P.S. to increase its significance and credibility of its accreditation. There is no charge for the visit.

To facilitate the V.O.V., N.A.P.S. uses the Google Meet video-conferencing application. Google Meet is free and can be used by any tablet, notebook, desktop, laptop, IPad, IPhone, or Android device with a camera and a microphone.  A fast, reliable internet connection is required and one portable device will be necessary for the visit.
